So while we're waiting to receive our wedding pictures back I figured I'd post the ones my aunt took for us here:

Our wedding day ended up being so beautiful. The only change I would've made is that we spent so long doing our pictures we didn't really get to enjoy our reception. After our ceremony (where we only flubbed ONE line) we went and said hi to everyone there, but then within maybe 20/30 minutes we went to take pictures and by the time we were done with those almost everyone had left. We didn't end up doing a first dance, but we did do the bouquet and garter toss :)
I was really surprised because I ALWAYS cry at weddings, doesn't matter who it is, I cry. So I was prepared to cry a ton at my own, but once I saw that aisle and walked down the stairs I was completely fine. I may have rushed a little bit, but I didn't shed a tear. This was not so true for Larry, he cried a bit-I was wiping down his face a few times while we were up there in front of everyone, I thought it was cute. Everyone came up to me saying they cried and thought the place was so pretty so I was really happy that they liked it. We got a bunch of awesome photo booth strips to look through and some fun mad lib creations that made us laugh. Overall the day was awesome, could've gone a little better, but I'm happy with it overall. After the wedding it was so warm so we met up with my aunt Cindy and Skyler and Jena and their families and went to Cowabunga Bay to cool down-it was the perfect day for it. We stayed there till late afternoon/early evening, then went back to our hotel to relax and unwind. It was the perfect day to me.
Now our drama: So if you've read this blog for a while you know that we had a photographer do our engagements at the end of August last year, and then in November, sadly, she passed away from stage 4 lung cancer. It was really sad and tragic and I felt so bad for her family. Well we ended up finding a new photographer, Jena V as I call her, to handle the rest. Well the day we paid her she ended up going into labor and lost her baby girl. Again, this is so sad and I felt horrible for her. She's such a sweet lady and so happy and nice, it seemed to be a cruel joke that would happen to her. Well after some healing (although I'm sure it wasn't fully) she did a 2nd engagement session with us and then my bridals back on June 1. Everything was going great, I was making jokes the whole time that if something happened to her and we had to find a 3rd photographer I'd probably have to have them sign some sort of waiver, but it was a complete joke. Well the day before the wedding she called me to say she was in the hospital for a life threatening kidney infection. Seriously?! Again, I felt so bad. Why were we cursed? We kept knocking out photographers. After MUCH panicking my new hubby mentioned looking for a photographer on KSL, I thought that it was a long shot but it could work. I mean we were in the busiest of all wedding seasons, but our wedding was in the morning so I figure it couldn't hurt to at least try. Well completely last minute we got one who was well within our new budget! I was so excited, his name is Mark Allred with
Allred Photo and he was AMAZING! He was easy to get along with, got Larry to give good smiles (sometimes he makes me look way too excited in photos of us together
haha) and he got a ton of pictures! I loved that we got someone so amazing and completely last minute. I did tell him our history of our photographers (after he was already there at the wedding) and he definitely looked shock, but as far as I know he's still completely healthy, as are all the members of his family haha.
Once we get all our photos I'll share them, but until then these will have to do. And once I get all our honeymoon photos loaded up I'll post some of those, it was an awesome honeymoon! Although I will say I'm traveled out for a little while haha.
